Inside Sales Specialist (Manufacturing)

This company are going through a late period of expansion and are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to progress with their growth. This company are incredibly stable and offer an industry leading excellent health and benefits package.
In this role, you will be building relationships with OEM's (Original equipment manufacturers), being the primary contact for their questions and queries. You will also be identifying sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth, as well as process OEM orders ensuring smooth transactions are taking place.
This role would suit an individual with great communication and listening skills, looking to work in a modern office for a secure organization with excellent benefits and a great company package. You will receive on the job training to improve you customer service and sales skills!
The Role:
- Building relationships with Original equipment manufacturers
- Processing orders, ensuring time frames are being met
- Act as a primary point of contact, providing exceptional service and support to meet their product needs
The Person:
- Great communication skills
- Ability to take calls and speak to customers
- Experience with Excel and administrative tasks
