Up to £60,000 + Development + Great Package

Are you a Senior Heating Engineer with experience leading and coordinating a team?

This company provide building support services to a large portfolio of public and private sector clients. They have been established for over 40 years and off the back of building a strong reputation in the industry they are in an exciting growth period where they are looking to onboard new employees and help them further develop their careers.

In this role you manage the Heating department of the business, this will involve leading the recruitment drive, developing and implanting company standards for work carried out by engineers, delivering training sessions and working with office staff with technical queries. This role will be based out of the Enfield office and require occasional site visits across the South East.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the heating industry, specifically with renewable solutions including ASHP and biomass boilers. You will need to have the right characteristics of a leader including communication, organisation, customer service and other related traits.

The Role:
*Installation Manager (Heating)
*Working with renewable technology as well as traditional heating systems
*Office based in Enfield
*Monday to Friday work
*Sites based across South East

The Person:
*Experience working hands on with heating systems

*Experience with gas and general heating systems required
*Renewable experience is preferred
*Leadership capabilities and experience
*UK driving license
