Established for over 50 years this company specialise in the provision of integrated business solutions. They have established themselves as a world leader in their industry, operating in over 60 countries across the globe. They are constantly adapting to suit their client's needs and are currently in the process of expanding their Surveying department. Due to this they are now looking for a Building Surveyor to join their expert team.
In this role you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of commercial and domestic subsidence claims. This will involve overseeing defects diagnosis, mitigation and the physical repairs. The company are well known for their excellent training programmes and you will have to opportunity to go through chartership whilst also gaining a number of other qualifications.
This role would therefore suit a Junior or Graduate Building Surveyor, who is looking to progress their career at a world leading company.
The Role:
- Surveying Commercial & Domestic Properties
- Defects Diagnosis
- Overseeing repairs
- Home based covering Kent
- £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Home Based + Car + Excellent Benefits + Training

- Junior or Graduate Building Surveyor
- Knowledge of how to repair buildings
- Some insurance experience beneficial
