Junior Sales Manager (Automotive Engineering)

With sites in 4 continents, this company are a major company in the automotive space, providing products for combustion and electric vehicles. Due to a need to expand their Sales team they are looking for a Junior level candidate to join their Head of Sales and act as their right hand person!
In this role you will be working locally to their site in Baden-Württemberg in hybrid role so that you can have close links the engineering team and better understand the company's technology. You will help support the global Head of Sales activities domestically and win new business as well as develop existing customers. You will travel as part of the role and be working with both English and German speaking clients.
The candidate will be from a technical background and be comfortable speaking and communicating with clients and customers. You will need to speak business fluent German and English and have a full driving license to help facilitate your travel.

The role:
*Reporting to Head of Sales in an international team
*New and existing business development
*Reporting and Sales Management tasks
*Hybrid working - Mix of from home, from site and visiting customers
The person:
*Relevant Engineering degree or transferable technical education
*Comfortable working in customers
*Fluent English and German speaker
*Commutable to site - Car needed and full license
