Lead Injection Molding Technician

Highland, MI (commutable from, Milford, Brighton, White Lake, Hartland, Novi and Ann Arbor)

This company are rapidly expanding, they have just bought a new state of the art facility, they are looking to bring new products as they are met with a wide variety of new work and challenges.
You will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing machinery, troubleshooting, training and coaching technicians and being involved on the shop floor.
This role would suit a Lead Injection Molding Technician, looking to hit the ground running and make a positive impact on this company's growth plans!
The Role:
- Supervising and coaching a team of 10-15 technicians
- Overseeing machinery
- Troubleshooting
The Candidate:
- Experienced with Plastic Injection Molding
- Machinery experience
- Trouble shooting experience
