Are you a Plant Operator with maintenance experience looking for training and development in a new industry with a rapidly growing company who are at the forefront of the Renewable Natural Gas industry?
On offer is a chance to step into a high-level position, utilizing your pre-existing mechanical and electrical fundamental skills and knowledge to manage the day-to-day operations of a RNG plant. You will become the go-to leader on site, ensuring all aspects of Plant operations go smoothly and successfully.
This well-established company offers over 50 years combined experience, with great growth opportunities into becoming a Lead Plant Operator for the region at large. This company is only going to grow in excellence and size.
Your duties include becoming the primary liaison between the company and their Farming partners, contractors as well as managing a small team of operators to ensure that all personnel on site is kept up to safety and professional regulations, as well as having a hands-on maintenance role yourself.
This role would suit an experienced Plant Operator looking for an exciting new opportunity to train for a new challenge within in the Renewable Energy Industry.
The Role:
- Operating Heavy Machinery
- Overseeing contract and vendor work
- Ensuring health and safety is upkept at all times
- Performing data analysis and lab work to inform process control
The Candidate:
- Someone who is not afraid of getting their hands dirty
- Maintenance and operations experience
- Experience in handling contracts and schedules
- Flexibility to be on call and travel for training
