Lead Quality Engineer / Quality Manager (Highly Autonomous)
£38,000 - £42,000 + Hybrid + Highly Autonomous + Flexitime + 36 days holiday
9 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid commutable from, Plymouth, Looe, Tavistock, Callington, Launceston, Ivybridge, Okehampton and surrounding areas.
Are you from a Quality Engineering or Quality Management background and looking for the opportunity to play a pivotal part in a specialist business, where you will take the technical lead on the quality systems showcasing your skills whilst working on ground breaking projects and putting your stamp on their quality process?

Due to their rapid expansion and continued success they would like to bring on a temporary quality specialist to ensure their continued drive forwards.
On offer is a Lead Quality Engineer / Quality Manager position where you will be responsible for all facets of Quality; establishing and managing the QMS, conducting audits and assessments as well as creating and implementing policies and procedures with the view of setting the business up for the future.
This role would suit someone from a Quality background looking to make a huge impact on a rapidly growing, pioneering business working highly autonomously and showing your skillset to set the foundations for this exciting start up.
The Role:
*Managing QMS to ensure process quality, Implementation and Creation of Quality Processes, and provide training for staff
*Working Highly Autonomously within the QHSE Team to set up the systems needed for the business to thrive in future
*9 Month Fixed Term Contract with potential to become a permanent position after the contract
The Person:
*From a Quality background with knowledge of ISO regulations
*Comfortable working Autonomously and as part of a team
*Full UK Driver's License
