They use AI and data analytics to capture offline interactions, predict customer behavior, and optimize marketing performance across channels.
In this role, you'll design and build full-stack applications from the ground up, integrating AI models, real-time data pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure. You'll own the entire development lifecycle (from system architecture to deployment) to deliver high-performance, AI-powered product features.

The Role:
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and cloud-native tools.
- Develop high-performance front-ends and deeply integrated, AI-powered product features using APIs like OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Build scalable infrastructure and data pipelines for real-time and batch processing, analytics, and reporting.
- Own the full development lifecycle while mentoring engineers and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
The Person:
- Expert in React, Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB for building scalable full-stack applications.
- Proven experience integrating and scaling AI APIs in production environments.
- Skilled in designing robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT, streaming, batch) and microservice architectures.
- Deep proficiency with AWS and DevOps tools like Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong track record of scaling systems to millions of users with focus on architecture, security, and performance optimization.
