£50,000 - £52,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + Holiday + Benefits

This company are a multi-million pound manufacturer turning raw materials into high-end construction products for various industries. As a result of recent investments they are undergoing exciting changes.
In this Monday - Friday varied position you will be based out of a modern, purpose built and fully equipped factory / office. You will be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance teams' schedules, operations and reliability concepts. You will primarily be office-based with some hands on requirements.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer looking to step off the tools, progress your career and focus on more operational, reliability and scheduling aspects of a hugely-successful business.
The Role:
- Maintenance improvements - Electrically focused.
- Manage and support scheduling, reliability and operations.
- Monday - Friday days shift (60% office / 40% plant).
The Person:
- Maintenance Engineering background (Electrical).
- Commutable to Bristol.
- Manufacturing / Production / Management background.
