Maintenance Manager
$120,000 - $150,000 + Bonuses + Excellent Benefits
Buda, TX (Commutable from: San Marcos, Wimberley, Kyle, Austin, De Valle, Dripping Springs, Cedar Creek)
Are you a Maintenance Manager, heavy engineering / manufacturing background, looking to lead the overhaul of a long standing site and progress in to a Plant Managers job?
This is an excellent opportunity to mould and grow the maintenance department whilst overseeing a large scale project to modernize this long standing facility.

On offer is an exciting role where you will be responsible for a team of roughly 40 Engineers. You will also be leading a project to overhaul and install new equipment on this heavy industrial site.
This role would suit a Maintenance Manager, who has strong leadership skills and a can do attitude, who wants to put their mark on a site and progress in to Senior management positions.
The Role:
*Managing a team of Engineers, Planners and Supervisors
*Growing and moulding the maintenance department
*Leading a project to update machinery and processes across the site #
