Manufacturing Engineer (Automotive / Plant)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits

Are you a Manufacturing Engineer looking to work for an industry leading company in a role offering specialist training, the opportunity to step up into future senior roles and multiple company benefits?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to work on a state of the art manufacturing site with cutting edge equipment. You will become the go to expert within the department, directly impacting the performance of the plant and driving continuous improvement.
This company are expanding and optimising their manufacturing capabilities across multiple sites and are therefore looking for an ambitious Manufacturing Engineer to join their existing team and showcase their skills in optimising their manufacturing processes.
In this role, you will increase manufacturing efficiency across multiple sites using Lean Manufacturing methodology, as well as optimising processes within manufacturing, logistics and storage systems. You will have the authority to implement these changes with time, cost and safety considerations in mind.
This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer looking to work for a pioneering manufacturer while benefitting from specialist training, future progression opportunities and a plethora of company benefits.
