This well established company design and manufacturer a range of specialist electromechanical products for clients around the world. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years, claiming an increasing share of their market. Due to this, they are now busier than ever and are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their expert team.
In this role you will be a key player in the engineering and supply chain team focused on delivering a range of projects and products. This will involve overseeing and managing subcontract manufacturers, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and day-to-day line management of the supply chain engineering team.
This role would therefore suit an individual with strong electronics manufacturing management experience who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to play a key role at an expanding business.
The Role:
- Overseeing subcontract manufacturing
- Managing and reviewing supplier and subcontract manufacturer contracts
- Assisting with supply chain strategy
- Occasional international travel
- £50,000 - £55,000 + Progression + Flexible Working + Excellent Benefits
The Person:
- Proven experience in electronics manufacturing
- Experience managing subcontract manufacturers
- Expert understanding of assembly & testing methods
- Commutable to High Wycombe area
