They are seeking an additional Commercial Heating Engineer to join their expanding team, working within a well-respected institute and develop your career in the longer term.
In this role, you'll primarily be based between different state-of-the-art facilities , attending to reactive maintenance and breakdowns of heating and gas appliances and HVAC appliances, as well as some installation work. Your diary will be organised by the helpdesk team and there is plenty of overtime available for you to increase your earnings.

THE ROLE:
*Reactive maintenance and breakdowns of HVAC and commercial gas appliances
*Mobile role, covering Durham and the surrounding areas
*Overtime available
*40 hours a week, M-F
THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in a Commercial Gas/Heating Engineering role
*Breakdown/Maintenance experience is a must
*Commercial Gas Appliances (COCN1/CDGA1/CIGA1/CORT1/ICPN1/TCPA1 /Unvented Hot Water)
*NVQ/C&G in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing/Heating
*Full Driving License
