Offline CNC Programmer
£35,000 - £42,000 + 5% Bonus + Progression + Excellent Benefits
Nottingham (South), Nottinghamshire
Mon-Fri, 39 hours, site based, flexible start and end time
Are you an experience Offline CNC Programmer looking for a varied days based role with a leading/growing UK Aerospace & Energy manufacturing company with opportunities for further progression?
This is a newly created role, working in a team of 5, with training and multiple routes of progression available. They can train in the areas of improving existing processes, quality investigation, optimisation of tooling. The company will also support you towards chartership
The role will be working in a machine shop environment, so Offline CNC programming experience is essential, and will also involve a range of tasks to improve the efficiency of the site.
The Role:
- Newly created, full time, permanent, site based role working Mon-Fri days with manufacturing.
- Create, write, edit and test machining programs for multi-axis CNC Machines
- Varied role so will also assisting with production issues, general performance improvements and project work.
The Candidate:
- Previous Offline CNC programming experience
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems
- Experience with fanuc and mazak controls
- Experience/knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering tasks such as process improvement work
