Principal Design Coordinator
Crawley (Hybrid Working)
£52,000 - £58,000 + Bonus + Progression + Training + Up to 10% Pension + Hybrid Work + Regular Pay Reviews
Are you an experienced Design Coordinator with previous experience working on any LV/HV projects? Do you want the opportunity to work in one of the UKs leading providers of electricity networks?
This company is at the forefront of their industry, they own and maintain a number of electricity cables and lines across the south of the UK.
In this position you will be responsible for the coordination of compliance and key milestones between stakeholders within the business. You will ensure that customers, project managers and designers all have the necessary information available to them to successfully complete the full design process, making sure the company achieve full compliance with the CDM regulations .
The ideal candidate will come from a DNO or ICP background and also have experience of working with electrical design. You may have also worked as an M&E Contractor with an electrical bias or have previously worked with LV/HV design.

The Role:
*Principal Design Coordinator
*Providing HSE and CDM advise to the design team
*Monitor and report on the availability of surveys, reports, investigations and equipment specs ensuring efficient design process
*Support lead designers and other stakeholders
*£52,000 - £58,000 + Bonus + Progression + Training + Up to 10% Pension + Hybrid Work + Regular Pay Reviews
The Person:
*Previous experience in a design coordinator role including electrical networks
*Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent qualification
*Ideally would hold NEBOSH Construction Certificate
*Good understanding of CDM regulations and also their application
