Are you a Process Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills, looking to join a well-established but rapidly expanding manufacturer where you'll play a vital role in driving plant performance and efficiency?

You will be responsible for troubleshooting a wide variety of production equipment (from older machinery to modern systems), implementing process improvements, and driving documentation such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and SOPs. With future progression into Senior Process Engineer or Project Engineering roles, this is a company that values growth and internal promotion.
This role would suit a Process Engineer with a mechanical bias and experience in equipment troubleshooting, looking to make their mark in a growing, forward-thinking manufacturer.
The Role:
- Troubleshoot a mix of legacy and modern manufacturing equipment.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and create accurate documentation.
- Develop and implement process improvements across the facility.
The Candidate:
- Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Engineering degree is preferred, but experience will be considered.
