This company specialize in the Manufacture of a range of products within the Automotive industry and are known for their excellent company culture, training programs, progression opportunities and second-to-none company benefits.
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of autonomous duties, such as working closely with the Engineers to improve processes and resolving any machining issues, work with the design engineers to assess customer proposals, and much more! No two days will be the same, making this an exciting position with no mundane, repetitive tasks.
This role would suit anyone from a Manufacturing background with Process / Continuous Improvement experience.
The role:
- Review and improving the Machining / Manufacturing Processes
- 60% + Shop floor responsibility
- Monday to Friday (1st shift) 6:30am - 3PM.
The person:
- Process Improvement background (CNC / Robotics / Machinery or similar)
