Are you a Production Manager, looking to join a global manufacturing organization, keen to play a pivotal role in their ambitious growth plans, leading and moulding a team of over 120 staff?
This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills in production management, putting your own stamp on the facility, developing the plants current team and being a central figure for Quality, Continuous Improvement, Safety and Financial.

On offer is a position where you will be working closely with all departments to ensure the efficient production of quality products in a timely and safe manner.
This role would suit a Production or Plant Manager/Supervisor from a Manufacturing background, looking to join a high growth business where you will manage 4 production supervisors, and indirectly manage around 120 shop floor staff.

The role:
- Oversee 4 Production Supervisors as well as indirectly managing 120 production staff.
- Planning, coordination, and control of all production activities in the plant.
- Responsible for customer interaction regarding supply chain efficiency, recovery plans and rate reviews.
The candidate:
- Production Management Experience in Manufacturing
- Strong Communication skills with all levels of an organization
- BS in Business Management or similar, or technical (engineering) preferred.
