£35,000 - £39,000 + Progression + Training + Days Based role + Pension + Holiday
Are you from a Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvements Engineer or similar from an FMCG background looking to join a well-renowned multinational business where you will be invested in with technical development opportunities to allow you to step into a Leadership role as well as further progression within the wider group?

This company are a multinational food manufacturer who are going from strength to strength. Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for a process driven engineer to join their expanding team.
In this role you will have a varied role that involves supporting the continuous process development of the production process to reduce cost and increase efficiency, as well as getting involved in NPD processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG/ Food Manufacturing or similar, as well as experience in continuous improvement of manufacturing/ production processes, such as Production Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Continuous Improvements Engineer and more.
The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm
*Process driven continuous improvements
*Working with both Process teams and operations
*Involved in NPD
The Person:
*Experience in a production background
*Looking for training and career progression
