Are you a Production / Operations Manager, looking to join a well established manufacturer where you will play a pivotal role in their continued expansion and can progress to be the Plant Manager?
This is an excellent opportunity to implement new processes and procedures whilst growing and developing your team from 50 to 80 staff.

On offer is a varied role where you will be responsible for managing production processes and ensuring production targets are met. You will also be directly managing and growing a team, whist production planning and implementing process improvements.
This role would suit a Production Manager, from a manufacturing background, looking to mould the production department, progress your career and be instrumental in their ambitious growth plans.
The Role:
*Managing production processes and ensuring targets are met
