Project Assistant (Direct Progression to Project Manager or Estimator)
Salary: $47,840- $52,000 + 15 days PTO + Bonuses + Career Progression + 401(k) + Medical Benefits

In this role, you will be based in the Charlotte office where you will have the exciting opportunity to progress into a Project Manager or an Estimator position and elevate your career by shadowing one of the best Construction Managers in the industry.
You will be a key member in the New Construction admin team providing support on multiple projects across the Commercial Industry. Your responsibilities will include assisting the VP of New Construction with job related duties, provide support to Project Managers and Managing bid schedules.
The role:
- Assist the VP of New Construction.
- Manage Bid Schedules.
- Manage Procore.
The Person:
- Administrative experience with a General Contractor or in the Commercial MEP Industry.
- US Work Authorization.
- Valid Driving License.
