Project Coordinator (Construction)
Norfolk office based and Nationwide Projects

This well established company specialise in the design, manufacture and install of specialist architectural structures predominantly with glass and steel for a variety of commercial projects. Working with Tier 1 contractors they provide a high quality product and service for a variety or projects including schools, MOD, banks, hospitals and shopping centres. Now they are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team.
In this role you will be working on projects nationally based, meaning there will be very frequent travel and occasional staying away. You will have a car allowance to support this. When not on site you will be based in the Norfolk office in Diss.
You will be responsible for the planning and execution of commercial projects up to the value of £200k from take on to hand over. You will be the lead position on the project and be responsible for planning, coordination and overall delivery to budget and within deadlines. You will oversee onsite professionals and ensure all quality and health and safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for managing the project budget.
This role is suite to a construction professional with coordination experience holding a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification or willing to put themselves through these courses.
