Salary: $110,000 - $140,000+ (DOE) + 21 days PTO + Bonuses + Career Progression + Profit Sharing + Medical Benefits

In this role, you will be based in the Maryland office where you will have the exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects.
You will be a key member in the project team working on multiple projects across the Land Development industry. Your responsibilities will include the basic Civil Engineering duties as well as coordinating with other team leaders to ensure projects stay on task, this is a leadership position.

The role:
- Carry out the basic Civil Engineering duties.
- Coordinate with other team leaders.
- Ensure projects stay on track.
- Meet with clients and potential clients to maintain relationships and win new projects.
The Person:
- Civil Engineering experience in Land Development projects.
- Leadership experience.
- Experience with building relationships with clients.
