Are you a Project Manager from a healthcare construction background, looking to take full ownership of mission-critical construction projects and lead the launch of a brand-new division?
On offer is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well-established business, where you will manage some of the most critical and complex construction projects in the region, all while expanding your knowledge and leading the launch of a brand-new healthcare division.

In this role, you'll manage all phases of healhcare and senior living sector construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll oversee schedules, resources, and subcontractors while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include monitoring progress, resolving issues, mitigating risks, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance to successfully deliver high-profile projects from start to finish
This role would suit a Project Manager from a healthcare construction background looking to work on high-profile projects while accelerating their career into a senior leadership position.
The Role:
- Lead and deliver high-value hospital construction projects from start to finish
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while driving project quality, safety, and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, superintendents, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The Person:
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills..
- Proven track record managing mission critical construction projects with accountability for budgets and timelines.
