$90,000 - $110,000 + Excellent Career progression + Excellent Bonuses + Established company + 401K + PTO + Opportunity to obtain technical training

The company are a leading organization in Maryland, & having grown a lot in the last few years, they are regarded as the go to company for what they do. You will have the opportunity to excel with this firm, managing exciting projects & grow a team underneath you.

In this role you will be working with a future driven team to collaborate on the organization of superintendents, subcontractors and liaising with the VP of construction & design team to understand the drawings & apply what is required to ensure the project runs smoothly. Along with this, you will need to have the ability to work with clients, provide RFIs & draw up contracts. Also, this Project Manager will be a great communicator & will be required to run multiple projects at one time, from the outset through to completion.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager for a company that is team focussed & a great place to work. They have exciting plans with an excellent pipeline across the next few years giving the right person a fantastic opportunity to grow & progress technically & build a team to support company growth.

Role:

* Ensuring the onsite team, along with superintendents & subcontractors are completing necessary responsibilities to achieve project success
* Delegation & orchestrating construction related responsibilities on site - subcontractors, suppliers, reports, covering safety
* Providing progress reports
* Progression opportunities - larger projects & build a team

The Person:

* Experienced as a number 1 Project Manager
* Experienced with new construction & renovation
* Valid driver license
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal staff, subcontractors & clients
