In this role, you will manage projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities include preconstruction planning, scheduling, budget management, client liaison, and on-site project management. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding results while collaborating with internal teams and clients.
This role would suit an ambitious Project Manager with experience in architectural or construction projects, looking to develop their skills, take ownership of projects, and progress their career in a thriving company environment.
The Role:
- Manage and oversee the entire project life cycle from start to finish
- Scheduling, managing budgets, monitoring, resource management, client liaison, and internal reporting.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and build relationships with clients
The Person:
- Experienced Project Manager with a background in architecture or construction
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commutable distance to Houston, TX with a willingness to travel to site
