This company is a utility-scale, self-perform solar EPC. Despite the company being in its growth stage, they have significant experience and expertise within the team, with over 280 years of construction experience and 314 solar projects under their belt. With a large pipeline of projects ahead, they are looking for motivated individuals looking to add value through their Solar experience
You will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the quality and commissioning plans for large utility scale solar projects. You will play a leadership role where you will conduct meetings with the quality and commissioning teams whilst also mentoring and training other members of the team. The ideal candidate must had experience on Utility Scale Solar sites and have a strong background in QA/QC.

The role:
* Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality and commissioning plans.
* Conduct coordination meetings with the quality and commissioning teams
* Ensure, through mentoring, training, and auditing, that field construction managers, site superintendents, and QA/QC representatives understand and apply the standards set forth in the quality and commissioning programs
* Coordinate with the project manager as needed to collect required documentation for major milestones and closeout
The Person:
* Must have Utility Scale Solar experience
* Strong background in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
* Must be willing to travel and work on site
