Are you an electrical quality control specialist with large-scale commercial or mission-critical experience looking to step up into a high-impact position leading a team with a company offering further progression to executive positions?

This company are a leading specialty electrical company in the United States that are renowned for the variety of large and complex electrical projects they work on. They have a strong reputation for looking after their employees and are growing significantly.
On offer is the chance to oversee project quality, commissioning activities, documentation, and on-site technical performance for large-scale mission-critical builds. You will support the electrical delivery lifecycle-from reading drawings and wire pulls through to commissioning, testing, and documentation-while leading a team of technicians and Foremen.
This role would suit someone coming from an electrical contractor with strong commercial or industrial construction experience who is ready to step up into a leadership role and take ownership of quality and commissioning on some of the most exciting projects in the region with further opportunity to progress long-term into an executive role.
The Role:
Manage quality and commissioning activities on large electrical projects
Read and interpret drawings, prints, and technical documentation
Lead and coordinate a team of techs and Foremen
The Candidate:
Commercial electrical contracting project experience
Experience with any of the following beneficial: CxAlloy, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Bluebeam
