Quality Assurance Manager

Excellent chance for a Quality Assurance Manager to operate in a vital, highly autonomous position in an industry leading manufacturing organization, offering the chance to spearhead a variety of projects across the plant.
In this position you will lead and develop the quality department to deliver food safety and quality strategies in line with the companies mission. You will play a key role in the designing and implementing quality policies, procedures and standards to roll out to the manufacturing plant. Within this position you conduct route cause analysis, establish a proactive quality assurance function, assist with R&D projects and work collaboratively with leaders across the business.

The Position:
* Lead and develop the quality department to deliver food safety and quality strategies
* Design and implement quality policies, procedures and standards
* Conduct route cause analysis for complex issue and establish a proactive quality assurance function
* Lead a team of quality professionals through a range of projects
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders and leaders across the business
The Person:
* Quality Assurance Supervisor or Manager
* Background working in either food, drink or similar manufacturing setting
* Experience in either HACCP, FSMA, Sanitation, Food Safety, or GMP
* Proven leadership experience
