This company are an industry-leading automotive manufacturer, looking for a Quality Engineer to join the team and be in pole position to lead the department in the future.
In this role, you will take on a crucial position within the Quality department, mentoring technicians, maintaining a strong presence on the production floor, and addressing customer issues directly and effectively.

The Role:
- Maintain Quality documentation and support the resolution of supplier and internal Quality issues.
- Engage directly with customers to address corrective actions and concerns.
- Clear progression track through to Quality Supervisor and Quality Manager.
The Candidate:
- Experience in Automotive Quality (utilizing systems such as 8D, 5 Why, APQP, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ambitious and driven to progress into leadership roles.
