Quality Engineer (Precision)

Cumbria (Commutable from: Ulverston, Kendal, Barrow-in-Furness, Bowness-on-Windermere)

£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Overtime + Progression + Quarterly Bonus

The company are currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth and are now looking to recruit a Quality Engineer to cater for the increased demand for their products, with scope to move into Managerial positions and beyond.

In this role you will inspect materials, equipment and processes in order to establish production protocols for quality control.

The role will suit a Quality Engineer with excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to work alongside a growing and expert team of engineering professionals, with excellent training and progression opportunities.

The role:

  • Ensuring Quality standards are met
  • Reviewing and submitting of Quality Inspection reports
  • Monday - Friday Days Based role

The person:

  • Quality Engineer
  • Preferably a precision background
  • Experience of RCCA principles (8D, 5 Whys)
  • Lean Manufacturing
