Quality Engineer (Aerospace / Automotive)
$75,000 - $85,000 + Bonus + Overtime + Training + Progression + Healthcare + PTO + 401k + Life

Are you a Quality Engineer from an Aerospace or Automotive background, looking to join a stable and growing business, offering progression to Quality Manager in the near future?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team and play a key role in the Quality department, where you will receive on the job training as well as opportunities to upskill through external courses.
This manufacturing company operate on a global scale and have a fantastic reputation within their industry. Due to their continued success, they are looking to expand their team and have a brand new opening for a Quality Engineer.
The ideal candidates will have previous Quality experience within the Aerospace and/or Automotive industries, looking for a long term career within a supportive organization.
The Role:
- Quality control and assurance
- Conduct manual inspection using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Identify and document quality defects, issuing nonconformance reports
- Create and process FAIR data packages
- Monday - Friday, day shift with flexible start times
- Overtime available at a premium rate
The Person:
- Quality Technician or Quality Engineer (or similar background)
- Previous experience working within the Aerospace or Automotive industry
- Must have inspection paperwork or First article inspection (FAI) experience
- Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO9001 is preferred
