Quality Engineer (Progression to Quality Manager)

£30,000 - £40,000 + Progression to Quality Manager + Industry Training + Health and Safety Training + Pension + Holiday
Are you a Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer from an engineering background looking to join a well established company who will invest in you with additional training to develop your skills in Quality and Health and Safety, while allowing you to progress into a management role within the business?

In this role you will be involved in Quality Assurance, Inspection, and improving the company processes to improve quality and efficiency. You will also be involved in Health and Safety - full training in this area is provided.
The role would be perfect for a Quality Engineer from a Manufacturing, Engineering or similar background who is looking to progress into management and diversify your skillsets. Candidates from other areas of manufacturing, such as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Production Engineer or similar are also encouraged to apply.
The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 39 hours
*Leading quality functions of the business - quality assurance, inspection and more
*Implementing new manufacturing procedures
*Improving current processes
The Person:
*Quality Engineer, Manufacturing engineer, Production engineer, process engineer or similar
*Manufacturing, engineering, or foundry background
