Regional Sales Director - Tire & Automotive Aftermarket Manufacturing

Are you a high-performing sales leader from a tire or automotive aftermarket manufacturing background looking for a strategic role where you'll own a high-growth region, have the autonomy to run a high performing team and spearhead dealer network expansion across the US?
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing global tire manufacturer with an outstanding product portfolio and aggressive plans for expansion across North America.
In this role, you will take full commercial ownership of a multi-state region, leading regional sales strategy, dealer development, and key account growth across retail, wholesale, and commercial channels. You will drive revenue, margin growth, and market share while building long-term strategic partnerships with distributors and tire program partners.

In this position, you will lead regional business development efforts, manage a high-performing sales team, negotiate large commercial agreements, and work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure world-class customer support and service delivery.

The Role:
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market sales strategy to meet revenue and profitability objectives
- Grow market share through dealer/channel expansion and targeted account acquisition
- Build and maintain relationships with major distributors, retail groups, and commercial accounts
- Manage and mentor 4 reports to drive consistent sales performance
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer meetings, and dealer conferences
The Person:
- Proven experience in tire, automotive aftermarket, rubber, distribution or industrial sales leadership
- Strong commercial and relationship management background
- Leadership experience managing high-performance sales teams
