£26,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Flexible Hours

Join one of the leading renewable energy companies in Worcestershire, on their mission for great expansion. Helping them build their customer base and provide renewable energy to their area.
This role will involve you working on the customer facing side, taking calls from potential customers who can be a range of domestic and commercial clients. You will be using the in house software to build a report for the client. Which will then be used by the engineering team for technical design and installation and a cost report for the accounts team.
This job is for someone who wants to work in a supportive environment, who wants to enjoys being customer facing but wants to avoid doing cold calls.
The role:
- Taking calls from clients.
- Using in house software to create renewable energy reports.
- Liaising with the engineering and accounts team.
The person:
- Customer facing experience.
- In either Solar or Air source heat pumps.
- Experienced in Excel.
