Retail Training Team Leader
Czechia - Remote
1,700,000 CZK - 1,850,000 CZK + Company Car (with Mileage) + Holiday + Pension + Insurance + Phone + Laptop
Excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing food company offering an autonomous role where you will play a key role in the companies expansion across Europe in a leadership role with a high, performing well established team.

The role will see the candidate supporting a small team of 9/10 based across Czechia, Slovakia, Germany and Austria. You and your team will help support and coach and project manage users of their food service across various retail outlets and each person will have a designated territory. You will oversee the coordination of the team, implementing and maintaining standards as well as ensuring each territory is performing in line with the company's targets. You will travel across the area of the role with some stay away in the position.
The candidate will come from a retail/food background and have an excellent customer facing manner. You will have previously lead teams across a wide area and be able to lead both in person and remotely. You will need to converse fluently in Czech as well as English. You will also need to hold a full driving clean license.

*Home based and Travel to customer sites across a designated region of Czechia, Slovakia, Germany and Austria - 37.5 hour week (Mon-Fri)

The person:
*Fluent Czech and Professional English
*Previous experience in a management/team lead role
*Full Driving License
*Strong Customer Facing Manner
