An exciting opportunity has become available for a Revit Technician / CAD Technician / Architectural Technician to join an established yet growing construction flooring company. This role offers the chance to contribute to a broad range of flooring projects across the construction industry, predominately for the residential sector. Projects vary in size and scale, with the company predominately operating in the east of England to the south coast, with clients ranging from big housebuilders to individual sales builds. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about contributing to the company's expansion and motivated to work on a diverse range of flooring projects.
In this role, you will support the company across a diverse range of flooring projects. Your responsibilities will include producing detailed design layouts, liaising with clients and internal teams, collaborating with designers, resolving technical queries, and reviewing and interpreting drawings, among other duties.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience as a Revit Technician / CAD Technician / Architectural Technician. Experience with CAD in the construction sector is required. This is an office-based role in Cambridgeshire.
