Westchester County, New York - Hybrid / Field Based
OTE: $100,000 - $125,000 (Commission based role) + High Performance OTE is $175,000 - $275,000 + Lucrative Benefits Package + Progression + Solar Sales Training

This company are a rapidly growing residential and commercial solar EPC provider which operate fully within procurement and construction. Founded in 2008 they have consistently grown their client base and now are the leading solar provider in New York State. Now due to the growth they are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to spearhead profits and help the company achieve their goals.

In this role you will drive revenue whilst building & managing your sales pipeline. You will be allocated a budget which the marketing team will utilise to put you face-to-face with new and existing clients to achieve sales. As a Sales Engineer your main responsibilities will be, utilizing your experience, showing a strong work ethic, ability to present complex financial proposals, and be able to show flexibility to reach sales targets.

The Role:

  • OTE earnings up to $275,000 + Lucrative Benefits Package
  • Generate revenue through winning residential solar contracts
  • Conduct 4-8 consultations per day to gather information on prospective customers' needs
  • Full Solar industry specific training provided

The Person:

  • Demonstrated success in a Sales Engineer, Outside Sales, or relevant role
  • Strong work ethic being able to show the ability to work long hours and be flexible
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - being able to articulate themselves well
