Sales Manager (High Power Networking)

Netherlands - Remote Working

€60,000 - €85,000 + Bonus + 30 Days Holiday + Benefits Package

An exciting opportunity awaits you to lead business expansion and foster key account relationships in the Netherlands, focusing on high-power networking solutions within a global leader in the electronics industry.

The company are looking at continuing their growth with the introduction of a motivated candidate, who will receive full onboarding. They are a market leader in multiple industries and span globally.

The role itself has a high level of responsibility, where you will be the point of contact for stakeholders and new business. You will work collaboratively with other business groups, setting targets and meeting expectations.

The ideal person will have a growth mindset, degree educated in the relevant field and have market knowledge of the high power industry. You must be open to travel with a driving license.

The Role:

  • Driving new business development and managing key accounts in the Dutch market, with a focus on applications in ICT, Cloud, Datacenter, AI, Edge computing, and other relevant domains.
  • Crafting and executing pertinent business plans to capitalize on emerging opportunities and market trends in high-power networking.
  • Collaborating effectively with Corporate R&D and Project Management teams to track new project developments and align strategies for new business ventures.
  • Supporting cross Business Group/Business Unit accounts and facilitating cross-selling initiatives, particularly within the realm of high-power networking solutions.

The Person:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field, with a focus on power electronics or high-power networking.
  • Proficiency in high-power networking technologies and solutions, with a strong understanding of related products
  • Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated individual with a growth mindset, adept at cultivating strong relationships and driving business growth.
