Sales Manager - Oil/Gas/Renewables
Aberdeen
£40,000 - £60,000 DOE + Vehicle Allowance + Bonus + Hybrid Working

The company specializes in offering rope solutions to the maritime and offshore industries, whilst also offering a variety of products, all-in-one solutions, and aftercare services to their clients. Their main ambition is to create a sustainable future for the offshore and maritime industries whilst pushing growth on the service aspect of the business.
In this field-based role, you will be using your network to identify and convert potential customers into using the products and services. You will do this by showing your product knowledge (Training will be provided) and your understanding of the customer's needs, to develop strong relationships with customers encouraging them to both initially purchase the products and then use the ongoing services.
The ideal candidate will have established connections within the oil, gas, and renewables industries and will have a strong and driven commercial attitude. The candidate will also have demonstrated experience and success in sales, particularly the ability to build relationships and communicate with colleagues and clients effectively.

The role:
- Identify and convert potential customers to maximize sales potential.
- Establish and develop new and existing relationships.
- Offer a brilliant service to existing customers in line with agreed sales targets.
- Issue offers and negotiate contracts to maximize margins.
The Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Strong and hungry cando attitude
- Network of connections within the Oil, Gas, and Renewables industry in Aberdeen
- Preferably experience within the lifting industry
