Are you a Sales Manager from a RF background (Chambers, Shielding, EMC) or similar, looking for a genuinely unique opportunity to spearhead the entire Americas Sales & Marketing strategy for this Globally successful organization?

This company are one of the market-leaders in their industry and due to continued success and strategic growth plans are now looking for a Sales Manager / Director to truly take the wheel and implement their previous success stories and put their own stamp on the future trajectory of this highly respected business.
In this role, you will be in charge of your own Sales strategy, planning your own itinerary, customer visits, key account management and obtaining new business. You'll be working closely with the other Sales Engineers to combine your technical expertise, but will only have to report in directly to the CEO. This is a fantastic opportunity to be provided with full trust and autonomy whilst either utilizing your own personal travel agent to accommodate your travels and expenses, or if you'd prefer you can book your own hotels, transport etc with a company credit card.
This position would suit a Technical Sales Manager from a RF Chamber / Shielding / EMC background looking to take the next step in your career with a company that truly value you.
The role:
- Work directly with the CEO to implement and deliver Sales and Marketing strategy for the entire US & Canada region
- Full autonomy in regard to your own schedule / itinerary with respect to client engagement and account management
- 4 Sales Engineers reporting directly to you
- Explaining technical products to customers and clients (EMC/EMI/Wireless Tech & RF Shielding / Chambers)
The person:
- RF Chambers / Shielding / EMC technical experience
- CIRCA 10 years Sales background
- Management / Leadership experience
- Willing and comfortable travelling around the U.S & Canada
