Senior IT Operations Manager
Michigan (Hybrid)
Salary - $120,000 - $160,000 + Health Insurance + 401k + PTO + Bonus
Are you a Senior IT Operations Manager looking to work for a rapidly growing organization who will support career growth and technical development?
On offer is a long term permanent role working for an industry leading company where you will play a pivotal role in growing and leading the IT operations across North America.
In this position, your responsibilities will include aiding in the establishment and execution of operational infrastructure and security strategies aimed at fostering a productive and safe environment. Additionally, you will contribute to cloud deployment and transition efforts, making prior familiarity with AWS, Azure and GCP highly desirable. Lastly, you will be required to guide, inspire, establish priorities, and develop the Information technology team to align with technological and support requirements necessary for achieving the organizations objectives.

The Person:
*Experience leading IT functions.
*Experience with cloud migration and implementation (AWS, Azure or GCP).
*Experience with service desk software and ticketing systems.
