Senior Process Engineer - Management Progression
Littleton, MA (Commutable from: Boston, Framingham, Worcester, Leominster, Lowell, Fitchburg, Chelmsford)
$140,000 - $160,000 + Training + Management Progression + Annual Bonus + Cutting Edge Technology + Excellent Company Benefits
Are you a Senior Process Engineer with leadership and compliance experience, looking to shape a market-leading business, offering management training and progression to Management level within 6-months?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to put your own stamp on an established organization, where you will be guided to management level and eventually oversee 3 skilled employees when promoted.
This company have a fantastic reputation in their industry, promote from within, and offer in-house and external training courses to progress their employees careers. They have recently purchased two new local plants due to their long term success and continue to invest heavily in state-of-the-art equipment.
In this role you will play a key role in leading process modifications and improvements across the whole company, as well as a sister company, to ensure production runs smoothly. You will also be responsible for the companies environmental compliance and sustainability goals.
This role would suit a Senior Process Engineer with leadership and compliance experience, looking to put their own stamp on a reputable organization, whilst receiving further management training and progressing management level within 6-months.
The Role:
* Lead process modifications and improvements across the whole company, as well as a sister company, to ensure production runs smoothly
* Take charge of the companies environmental compliance and sustainability goals.
* Receive specialist guidance to management level and eventually oversee 3 skilled employees
