You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across a diverse range of water treatment applications.


This role would suit a Service Technician or Field Service Engineer from a water treatment background who is eager to learn, develop, and grow with a forward-thinking business.

The Role:


  • Install, maintain, and service water treatment systems at client sites.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers.

  • Ensure service excellence and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Travel across Wisconsin (field-based role, with expenses covered).


The Candidate:


  • Background in water treatment or purification. .

  • Hands-on technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

  • Customer-focused, with strong communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel and work independently.
