The Role:
- Lead and develop site technicians and contractors across a major solar PV and battery storage facility.
- Oversee all aspects of safe and efficient operations, maintenance, and performance optimization.

The Candidate:
- Experienced in O&M or site management within renewable energy, power generation, or industrial operations.
- Strong technical understanding of PV systems, electrical safety, and operational compliance.
- Proven leadership ability to motivate, train, and grow a multidisciplinary team.
