This role sits at the intersection of product solutions, customer success, product management, account management, and technical implementation. Working directly with financial institution customers, you will drive product engagement and monetization by owning the end-to-end implementation and managing customer relationships from mid-sales through to full deployment.

The person
* 2-4 years in a product or solutions role, ideally at a fintech or B2B SaaS startup
* A confident individual able to engage with executives.
* Interested in FinTech and financial concepts
* Some Technical experience
* Great communicator and looking for a sales / client success role
* Looking to join an early start-up and scale from the ground up
* Highly ambitious with strong values!

* Develop and deliver educational content and self-service resources for customers and prospects.
