$26 - $31 per hour + Annual Bonus + 1.5 x Overtime + Excellent Medical & Dental Package + 401(k) + Profit Sharing

Due to growth, they are now looking to hire a Structural Drafter to join their loyal, long standing team.
In this role you will be carrying out structural BIM modeling across varied project types, from professional sports venues to critical healthcare infrastructure. You'll collaborate with experienced project managers and engineers, work with cutting-edge Revit Structure applications, and contribute to landmark projects that will enhance your portfolio and technical skills.
This role would therefore ideally suit a detail-oriented Structural Drafter / Revit operator looking for project variety, excellent benefits, and long-term stability within a respected engineering organization.
The Role:
- Structural Drafter
- Develop structural BIM models using Revit Structure for stadiums, hospitals, and high-rise projects
- Create detailed annotations, plans, and 3D renderings using Revit
- Flexible scheduling options with genuine work-life balance focus

The Candidate:
- Structural Drafter / Revit Operator
- Industry experience using Revit
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple project deadlines
