Construction Superintendent (Commercial Interiors)

$100,000 - $120,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Annual Bonus
Excellent opportunity on offer for a Construction Superintendent looking to join a highly regarded organization, where you will work on local technically interesting projects whilst working for a stable company that are well known to look after their staff.

Established for over 20 years this General Contractor specializes in high quality, commercial interiors for a range of high profile clients. They have an excellent reputation and through winning a number of highly lucrative contracts they are entering their next phase of growth and are therefore looking to recruit a Construction Superintendent to join their close knit team.
In this role you will be required to oversee and manage contractors on site, and the works being carried out. This position is field-based, working on a range of local sites around the Dallas Forth Worth area. You will be tasked with working alongside the Project Management team to review work schedules, managing a team of subcontractors, overseeing building operations, and holding regular meetings with designers and architects.
This role would suit someone experienced in commercial interiors and/or industrial interiors who is looking to work for a stable organization where you will enjoy feeling part of a close knit team.
