Superintendent
Gaines County, TX (commutable from Lubbock, TX & Carlsbad, NM)
$100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + PER DIEM + Company Truck + Healthcare
Excellent opportunity for a Superintendent to join a leading highway and bridge contractor, providing the opportunity to work on a range of high-quality and exciting heavy civil construction projects.
On offer is the chance to work on some of the most important and diverse projects in West Texas, while having the opportunity to leverage the diversity of your experience to drive the company forward.
This is for a large, highly reputable contractor in the state of Texas. As a trusted partner of multiple state DOTs and other public clients, they have an exciting pipeline of work and are looking for another Superintendent to join and contribute to their strategic growth.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most critical infrastructure projects in the region. The high quality field operation is fundamental to managing the company through the pipeline of projects and their next stages of development.
This role would ideally suit a Superintendent who has experience working on highway projects valued up to $40m.

The Role
- Manage schedules, personnel, submittals, look aheads and meetings. Liaise with all relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee all site activities and ensure project safety.
- $100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + PER DIEM + 401(k) + Health Insurances + Truck Company
The Person
- Heavy highway / bridge construction experience
- Familiarity with hot mix and other paving materials.
