Full Training To Become Estimator
Location: Bracknell
Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours/week)
£25,000 + Training + Progression

Are you ready to play a vital role in driving operational excellence and supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment?

This company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join their team.

On offer is the opportunity to join a multinational company looking to train someone into the position of a building service estimator.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting business processes, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and enhancing overall organisational effectiveness, as well as working with technical drawings to calculate build areas for surveying.

Your work will involve coordinating activities across teams, managing administrative and logistical tasks, streamlining workflows, and delivering operational support.
The Role

  • Provide technical support to customers and engineering teams to enable successful service delivery.
  • Coordinate responses to customer enquiries and ensure resource availability.
  • Complete project documentation and manage customer platform usage.
  • Adhere to corporate and quality policies, maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and related standards.
  • Full training in the estimator position

The person

  • Ideally 2 years' experience in an administrative role or similar. Not essential
  • Strong team player with excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in maths and area calculation.
  • Maths or further maths qualification (A-Level or above)
