£30,000 - £42,000 + Teacher Training + 50 Days Holiday + 28% Pension + Progression

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading education provider as a Technical Construction Trainer, delivering high-quality teaching across Level 3 and T-Level programmes - with full training and support to gain teaching qualifications.


This Cambridge-based college is expanding its Construction team and looking for someone with strong industry experience to help train the next generation of construction professionals. You'll deliver a mix of classroom-based learning, tutorials and assessments, all while contributing to an innovative, forward-thinking curriculum.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or Level 5 qualification in Construction or the Built Environment and relevant industry experience. Experience teaching or training others is a bonus - but not required.

This is a brilliant role for you to come off the tools and work with the next generation of apprentices.


The Role


  • Teach Technical Construction across Level 3, T Levels & related programmes

  • Deliver engaging lessons, tutorials and assessments

  • Support student progression through pastoral and academic guidance

  • Help shape curriculum content and delivery aligned with industry standards

The Person


  • Qualified to Level 5 or higher in Construction / Built Environment

  • Recent industry experience (e.g. site, surveying, planning, retrofit)

  • Passion for teaching and mentoring others

  • Based within commutable distance of Cambridge

  • Teaching qualification desirable - full support provided
